Whether it's retirement, significant life events, or career transitions, ORP offers a unique opportunity for our brokers to preserve their active licenses and collaborate with other active brokers within the real estate community. 

 ORP has introduced a cost-effective solution that not only lowers the expenses associated with maintaining an active license but also offers a generous split on earned referral fees. Apart from a nominal one-time onboarding fee of $40 and a $10 license transfer fee, our brokers do not incur any additional charges with ORP. Furthermore, when our brokers receive a referral fee, they retain an impressive 90% of the total referral fee. 

 Every ORP broker has the opportunity to utilize our Database Nurture Plan, a service that ensures consistent communication with your database through our parent company, Keller Williams Realty Professionals. Importantly, each ORP broker retains ownership of their database, and they are entitled to a referral fee when a Keller Williams Realty Professionals broker successfully closes a sale from that database.
